Load-shedding costs PE economy R1-billion a month

The Nelson Mandela Bay economy has been losing approximately R1 billion a month or the equivalent of R200 million a day since the start of this year due to severe load-shedding.

Two Singapore tourists drowned at Crocodile River after canoes capsized

During a river canoe expedition yesterday, 18 June, two adult Singapore tourists, a man and a woman, passed on after an accident involving four canoes on the Crocodile River near Hartebeespoort Dam in the North West Province of South Africa.
