Chief Wayne Petersen (right) from the Royal House of the Khoi SAN, was sworn in as a PR Councillor of Kouga Municipality during an Ordinary Council meeting today , 30 June.
He was welcomed to Council by Kouga Speaker, Brenton Williams.
Petersen replaces Malibongwe Dayimani, who resigned.
