A plantation of 37 total of 37 marijuana, aka dagga, trees were found growing in a garden at a private residential address in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape.
A 47 year-old man was arrested on the scene and the trees were confiscated yesterday afternoon 23 February at 2.45 pm.
The Humansdorp K9 Dog Unit and the Jeffreys Bay SAP made a bustfollowing up on information, They found the trees being cultivated, plus 120g of loose dagga at Blombos Street inJeffreys Bay. The value of the haul is still to be determined.
The alleged grower of the plants will appear in the Humansdorp Magistrate Court tomorrow, 26 February.
