The body of surf-skier, Mark Feather, was found on the shore near Trennerys, Wild Coast today, 17 November 2014.

His body is now in the care of the SAP on the scene and will be taken into the care of the Forensic Pathology Services.
Feather, 43 from Rivonia, Gauteng, was reported missing when he failed to return to shore on Saturday 15 November after taking part in the Pete Marlin surfski race in the morning. An extensive search since Saturday morning has been undertaken for him, including several winged aircraft .
Parts of Feather’s broken surf-ski were found yesterday.
Police, NSRI, the Emergency Services on behalf of all involved in the search for Mark Feather express their sincerest condolonces to family and friends.
Police have opened an inquest docket.
