Eskom  says it’s pleased the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg this morning, 5 September 2014,  confirmed as an Order of Court that a Westinghouse Application to interdict Eskom from concluding its contract with the winning bidder, has now been withdrawn by Westinghouse.  There is no Court Order providing Westinghouse…
