Update: The SAPS Search and Rescue Unit and Sundays River Valley municipality rescue team recovered the body of the alleged driver of the truck that was swept of the river crossing on 6 June
The body of the alleged 35 year-old driver was found by community members at 10.30 am yesterday during a search along the river bank yesterday. His body was found among debris on the river bank about 1 km from where the truck fell into the water on 6 June.
The SAPS say the total of the Zimbabweans who ho drowned in the bakkie is three . The bodies of the two passengers were discovered on 6 June.
The SAPS says the investigation is ongoing.
