22 March – An alleged suspect , sought by police in Sodwana and Mozambique in connection with the disappearance of skipper John Matambu is in police custody in Maputo.
This news has been confirmed , following the release of a photo of “person of interest” yesterday, who was sought by police in their efforts to help the family find John Matambu.
Skipper John went missing after completing a charter off the coast of Mozambique on 16 March. Huge search parties tried to find him on sea and land and including efforts of light-wing aircraft. His boat Magnum Too was found wrecked and burnt on 17 March.
Sadly John Matambu is still missing. His whereabouts are unknown.
