There will be no electricity in the whole of Kouga this Sunday,,3 July from 5 am to 7 pn,
The alternative date has been moved to 17 July so as to accommodate the Winterfest.
Kouga Municipality says this is thanks to Eskom that is willing to plan around this big tourism event that is of immense importance to the Kouga region.
