The body of a 36 year-old Hankey resident was found with multiple stab wounds in the bushes at the town this morning, 12 July.
Uitenhage cluster police have revealed the body is that of Nicholas Jonas. The stab wounds were on the upper part of the body, which was found near Western Bridge, at 9 am.
According to the SAP, Jonas had not been missing and his body was not decomposed , indicating that the murder was recent. Police have opened a case of murder.
