Honourable Judge Carelse made an Order in the South Gauteng High Court yesterday, 27 March 2015, in terms of which the review Application brought by Westinghouse against Eskom and Areva was dismissed with costs.
A media statement released by the Eskom Media Desk early this morning stated that Eskom attended the court and “remains satisfied with the integrity of its procurement process. It will continue to ensure that it remains fair and in adherence to good governance.”
