Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality informs residents of Walmer that there will be electricity interruptions in the area on Sunday, 21 September 2014..
The interruptions will be between 7.30 and 11.30 am. The affected areas are, 9th, 10th and 11th Avenues. Church, Prospect, Main and Water Roads will also be affected.
On the same date between 12-3 pm interruptions will be experienced in Alcock Road between 6th and 8th avenue, River Road between 6th and 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue between Lloyd and Thomas Roads.
This is due to maintenance work that the municipality Electricity and Energy will be doing in the area.
The municipality sincerely apologises for the inconvenience that will be caused by this. We advise that all electrical installations be treated as live during this time.
