Parts of Cape St Francis are without electricity. This is due to a high voltage problem which occurred this morning. Kouga municipal technicians are attending to the problem and expect the power to be restored by 1 pm today.Residents are warned to treat all electrical appliances and points as live during this period. The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused.
