Carte Blanche’s Derek Watts was the guest speaker at the official opening of Africa’s largest wind farm – the Jeffreys Bay Wind Farm – at Mentorskraal , today, 9 July 2014.
And Derek Watts also stayed overnight in St Francis Bay’s upmarket Sandals B&B in St Francis Bay. 
Several dignitaries, including Kouga’s Mayor, Booi Koerat, attended the opening . And an SAP choir entertained the crowd with wonderful singing .
