“I would not however say Eskom’s in a crisis” – Eskom GM Andrew Etzinger

Etzinger made this statement in an interview with Alec Hogg of Biz News on 10 March 2014.
“And I think the fact that we are doing load shedding proactively to protect against a system blackout…is once again a proactive measure,” Etzinger continued. “It’s an indication that we have the situation under control. 
He goes on to talk about a “10% chance” of more load shedding…
