Lettie is still the local boerewors queen!

Lettie this morning, proudly holding some of the prizes she won, prizes that include a R1000 meat voucher, a R1000 gift voucher, a mini weber, plus an All Gold hamper.

Lettie Rachman, St Francis’ own ‘Boerewors Queen’, has won for a second year in a row the Shoprite Checkers Boerwors competition regional finals held at Shoprite Checkers at Equinox Mall in Jeffreys Bay on Saturday , 25 August 2012.

She is now  officially the best ‘boerewors maker’ in Kouga!!

Lettie of the Butcher Shop in St Francis Bay, won more than R2000 in vouchers, a Weber and lots of other prizes.

She says that her ‘secret boerewors recipe’ is her own adaption from a meat pack that she modified and this year enhanced even more.

St Francis Chronicle congratulates her and wishes her success in the Eastern Cape provincial round of the competition on 15 September in Port Elizabeth.
