The launch of ShowMe St Francis  – one of the most dynamic interactive websites in South Africa – the latest addition to the popular ShowMe collection  – at 5.30 pm at Trattoria.  Owner of the ShowMe St Francis franchise, Melissa Glennie, is doing the marketing and St Francis Chronicle’s Editor will be doing copy writing for this site.

28 July:

  *  Pam Golding Canals Winter challenge.  Canoe race starts at 10 am at the Cove, Shore road.

*   Evening Road Cycle at St Francis Links from 4 pm .  The cycle is on paved roads. The aim is to do the most laps in 60 minutes. Prize giving at the club at 7 pm.

* Fun Fishing for kids and their parents from 10 am at the port. Bait available from Docks.

2 August:

The Deck music duo  – artists to the Centre Stage at the Links – will be  holding a Jazz & Blues Jam at Legends Pub at 7 pm. Fully enclosed deck with lighting and heating to keep patrons comfy. Free bar snacks and a cocktail for the ladies.  Tel Alex on: 083 573 9719

Enid Pretorius Properties National Women’s Day Trail Walk  or Run  from St Francis Bay to Cape St Francis and back – or just half that distance . Registration is from 7  onwards  to 8.45 am at Enid’s offices in the old Village Centre.  Prize giving is at 3 pm with loads of lucky draws.
