The amazing, exciting and fun SuperSpar St Francis Bay Box Car race held last night (27 April 2012) and the fantastic cookout between fiercely competitive chefs who made yummy dishes.
Hats off to all SuperSpar staff and the other organisers, including Jo Broiwn and Sean Beard, of the Box Car race and Cook outs. A fantastic event – loads of fun and tasty food!! A great evening!!
Congrats to Joe Fish’s chefs, Craig and Sarafino for the first prize placing, and to Anneke and Adam who came second by 1 point, and then well done too to the other chefs who also cooked up yummy concoctions! Plus congrats to all the makers of the fun box cars and to all the winners of the various categories!!
Senior race was won by Spar in its Sparrari car and the Links was the runner up.
Junor race winners were the NSRI Rescue Rangers.
Best dressed car: Late for the Bus (seniors) and Ladybugs (juniors)
Craig at the Cape St Francis restaurant, Joe Fish, won the Calamari Cook-out challenge beating Sandriver Lodge by one vote
