Rich Cape Town youngsters who say they are former pupils of a top private schoool in the city, spent 20 days in St Francis Bay and trashed a backpackers’ outlet.
The Seagulls Back packers where the boys stayed is owned by Theo Stead. He says it cost R5000 to restore this unit. The boys were aged 18-20 years.
“How some rich kids live…I am sure the houses they come from do not look like this…” Stead said.
