Improving Education plans for Kouga

Kouga municpal officials and Provincial Education Department delegates held meetings last week to discuss improving Education in Kouga.

A new building for Sea Vista Primary in St Francis Bay, renovating Hankey Primary and establishing a high school in Jeffreys Bay were discussed last week.

These and other educational improvements for Kouga topped the agenda when a full delegation from the Provincial Education Department met with Kouga councillors and officials on 6 October 2011.

The good news  announced after the meeting was that the Jeffreys Bay High School may start as soon as next year.  Clr Earl Hill  studied the plans with Phalo Mtoba of Mcoteli Mulder Architects.
