Edited: A fatal road accident claimed the lives of two people today, 11 September, on the R75 and SAPS Algoa Park in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, is investigating a case of culpable homicide.
The SAPS says at about 9:15 am this morning they responded to a complaint of an accident at the Spondo Road intersection. On arrival they were informed about a collision between two vehicles . A red VW Caddy was travelling from Algoa Park towards Kwadwesi. And a silver Renault Kwid was travelling from Spondo Road towards Missionvale. The two vehicles collided with each other. A driver and passenger (brother and sister) passed away at the scene of the accident.
The age and names of the deceased will be released after the next of kin has been informed and has officially identify them.
