Breaking News: Cloudbreak, Fiji 2 September : Molly Picklum (AUS) and Yago Dora (BRA) claimed victory at the Lexus WSL Finals Fiji Presented by Corona Cero, the Final stop on the World Surf League (WSL) 2025 Championship Tour (CT), to be crowned the 2025 World Champions.

Sadly for South Africa, South Africa Jordy Smith, 2nd seed, was taken out by Griffin Colapinto, aged 27, in the third match of the day. Molly, aged 21, and Yago,29, entered the title deciding event as the No. 1 seeds and were able to put on stunning performances in four-to-six foot surf at Cloudbreak to claim their maiden World Titles.
In the first Title Match, Yago came up against a rampaging Griffin (USA), who had posted some of the highest heat totals of the day to take down Italo Ferreira (BRA) in the second match and Jord (RSA) in the third to find his way into the Title Match for the first time in his career.
