News Flash!! No electricity at Marina Village

There has been a malfunction at the electrical substation at the Marina Village in St Francis Bay this morning, 2 May 2012.  Homes there are now without electricity .

According to Kouga Municipality,  a contractor is busy fixing the problem.

In the meantime the municipality will be hooking up an emergency generator to supply power to the houses. The generator will be up and running within the next two hours.

We ask that residents please use electricity sparingly once the generator is on the go until the power has been fully restored. We expect the power to be fully restored by this evening.
