Painting of road over Sand River next week

 Tarring of the bridge has now been completed, the contractors will be back next week to complete the edging and painting of the road.

This was stated by the St Francis Bay Residents’ Association this morning. In a statement Nigel Aitken for the Association also said:

“We have asked them to paint the edges with reflective paint, which they have agreed to.  Pothole filling continues on Aldabara Run, while George Road has now been completed.

“Today the pothole team are slurrying Tom Brown Boulevard.  We have had the bad areas of St Francis Drive leading to the Port re-graded.

“Due to pressure from us council have sent a grass cutting tractor to work on the verges in St Francis Bay.”
