Slurring of St Francis Drive will continue for the next few days and the remaining potholes in that road should be filled shortly.
This is according to the St Francis Bay Residents Association (SFBRA).
“We are still waiting for confirmation from the Council as to when the storm water pipes will be delivered,” the SFBRA said today in a statement.
“This morning Hilton Thorpe and Nigel Aitken stopped the siphoning of water out of the main dam above Santareme so that the smaller dam can be drained.
“The storm water drain pipe at the bottom of Diaz Road on the corner of Tom Brown Boulevard has been cleared, However, there is a blockage further up Diaz Road on the left hand side that needs to be cleaned out,” the SFBRA statement added.
