About 250 people have gathered on JBay's beachfront this morning in preparation for the march scheduled to start at 10 am . St Francis and JBay people here, say they are protesting about poor service delivery and they are going to march to the municipal offices in Da Gama Street - about two blocks - to hand over a list of grievances.
